What types of payment do you accept?

Currently, we only business accept checks or cash. We are looking into acquiring either a credit card machine or a business Paypal account.

I have a deadline, can I have my artwork before you get paid?

Unfortunately no. Technology today can be a double-edged sword and once the design files left our hands we would be hard-pressed to stop them from being used. We apologize for any inconvenience.

What format should I provide elements to you in?

For large format projects, we prefer that all elements be in a vector format such as .AI or .EPS. For anything else, high-resolution .JPEG, .PNG, or .PSD would be fine. If any files are received that required conversions (such as PowerPoint and/or Microsoft Word files), Blue Suit Design will inform the client of any fees involved in converting said file.

What is your turnaround?

Graphic design is a fluid business and it is hard to accurately answer that question. For the most part, no project should take longer than 2-3 days to complete. This is of course dependent on client/designer communication.

What format will I get my artwork in?

Your artwork will be sent electronically as a press-quality PDF for raster graphics, or an EPS for vector graphics. At no time will layered Photoshop files be delivered to the client.

What kind of images can I use in my design?

Blue Suit Design maintains a vast collection of stock photos and artwork. You may provide a photo, image or logo for us to use in a design, however, you as the client will assume all copyright responsibility for the supplied files.
